Location of the conference 

The EuroNanoForum 2007 takes place at the CCD. Congress Center Düsseldorf (CCD). To enter the conference, please use the entrance "CCD. Stadthalle". The CCD is located in the north of Düsseldorf, on the banks of the river Rhine and close to the exhibition grounds of Messe Düsseldorf. The distance to Düsseldorf International Airport is only about 3 km, and it takes you less than 20 minutes to arrive from the central train station in the city centre. Other advantages are the direct access to the motorway and the numerous parking spaces in close proximity.

Arrival By Airplane

The central location of Düsseldorf International Airport guarantees easy and quick access to the locations of DüsselorfCongress., the city centre or your hotel. 77 airlines connect 1,500 cities on all continents to Düsseldorf International Airport.

From most European capitals, your flight time is approximately one to two hours. There are also many daily direct flights to and from the USA. Even if you are arriving from overseas and land in Brussels, Amsterdam or Frankfurt, the ICE high-speed train will take you to Düsseldorf in less than an hour. A taxi ride from Düsselorf Airport to the CCD.Congress Center Düsseldorf takes less than 15 minutes.

Arrival By Train

The central train station at Konrad-Adenauer-Platz is centrally located in the city centre and is one of the most modern stations in Europe. More than 1,000 trains per day provide excellent access to Düsseldorf from Germany and abroad.

From Düsseldorf central station take the underground/tram lines U78 (to LTU/Messe Nord) and  U79 (to Duisburg-Meiderich Bahnhof) and get off at the station "Messe Nord/Stockumer Kirchstraße".  From there you can either walk or take the bus line 722 (to Stadthalle).

Arrival By Car

North Rhine-Westphalia has an excellent network of motorways that will lead you quickly to Düsseldorf and the CCD.Congress Center Düsseldorf.

Close to the CCD. Congress Center Düsseldorf, there are more than 1,200 parking spaces. Just follow the signage to Messe Düsseldorf.

When you get close to the congress centre, follow the special signage to CCD. Stadthalle or CCD. Süd or the parking signage P3 and P5. If required, the Messe Düsseldorf main parking lots may also be used.

Arrival By Local Public Transit

All DüsseldorfCongress. locations are easily and quickly accessed via tramways, commuter and underground trains and buses. Tramway lines U78/U79 and bus route 722 provide quick and convenient connections to CCD. Congress Center Düsselorf.

Arriving on tramway line U78 (from city centre) and U79 (from city centre, Kaiserswerth, Wittlaer and Duisburg), get off at "Messe Ost/Stockumer Kirchstrasse" stop. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to CCD. Congress Center Düsseldorf via Stockumer Kirchstrasse, or you can take the bus route 722 to the final stop "CCD. Stadthalle".

Because of the link with the Transport Authority Rhein-Ruhr (VRR) you also have access to the public transport services of many other cities and municipalities as well as the non-surcharge trains of the Deutsche Bahn AG within one tariff system.

Taxi stands at Düsseldorf International Airport are located in front of the arrival terminals. Of course, there are also taxi stands at all exits of the central train station and many other locations in Düsseldorf.
